I have particular kind consideration during last year and am very grateful really gratefully.
I sincerely hope to have your further support in this year.
What kind of year would 2023 (Reiwa 5) be for all of you?
We start on a pillar from 2020, and we are making efficiency, development, the application of new technology, conventional technical inflection of the labor and an activity for outside the company the depth as EYESAY Innovation Plan 2020-2024 toward 2024 in the last year. New Corona which had a great influence on economy and life was reduced to five kinds in May, 2023 and was the year when I had begun to move wisely because the whole society returned it to the activity before the corona, and 2023 was the year when there were many matters which should consider as a manager as a company.
I am pushing forward the securing of real worker in particular, but am the difficult situation so that it may be said that this is the first problem. Each team performs ka with a view of the activity by the logic model, psychological safe introduction as reinforcement of the team building for the purpose of efficiency in the company. And I am carrying it out including pushing forward the utilization of not only depending on people currently but also the robot that a labor shortage is brought into question in the whole world and production assistance and efficiency by the IT. It was natural to take it, but point group processing software "NuBas" which they developed in us bundled the functions that trouble and an expense carried by some software, and, by development, the application of new technology, they released the preprocessing and the 3D modeling of the point group which acquired it conventionally, each processing including the analysis as one stop solution in the end of June, 2023 to use some software. NuBas is equipped with the difference analysis that can visualize a change as standard, and make use for the change of the position, time or a shape change by the inner external force; become soft.

I did a theme in this year with reflection to look back on many projects, and to analyze a result, and to understand, and to do kaizen, and to connect it next. This reflection promotes own growth, the growth of an employee and the team and I consider to contribute to our development, development of the customer and act.
