Investigation into structure diagnosis

I introduce the representative investigation method as the diagnosis, investigation into concrete structure method.

Exploration of the situation to arrange by the electromagnetic wave radar method

At first the position of the reinforcing rod in the concrete is fogged, and measure thickness (depth of the reinforcing rod position from the concrete surface) beforehand. I explore it using an electromagnetic wave radar as method for measurement. I grasp the internal reinforcing rod situation without destroying it by this method beforehand.

Of the concrete fettle it, and investigate it

I fettle it (chipping) and I reduce a range of number 10cm and actually observe a concrete structure part depending on a purpose including the situation and the kind of the reinforcing rod and size and the corrosion situation of the reinforcing rod diameter to expose a reinforcing rod, and to arrange using a tool with the investigation directly.
 
By the way, based on the exploration result with the above-mentioned electromagnetic wave radar, it prevents grasping a reinforcing rod position, and preventing the damage of the reinforcing rod and from sharpening a too many part.
 
Of course the part which I sharpened after the investigation repairs it.

Concrete core collection investigation

I pull out a part as a sample using the drill which is special with concrete from a structure and I accept it for the purpose of it and actually do measurement experiment. The measurement contents include the following mainly.
  • Compressive strength ... of the concrete
  • Neutralization depth ...
  • Chloride content ...
I restore it using various restoration materials after the concrete investigation.
 
A process and an investigation, method for measurement are established all in JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards), and we carry it out by an investigation method in conformity with a rule, too.

Record of the result of a measurement

I fettle it and, with the above-mentioned result of a measurement, make it with the desired form of the customer as summary working papers including the position.
